Improving the implementation process required for redesigning of the footpath

The efficiency of the construction plan can be increased by focusing on the areas which helps in reducing the cost of the project, better consumption of resources, and better redesigning of the activities. The analysis and assessment of the data collected from the research methodology program helps in filling the gaps which occurred in the traditional construction plan. The analysis of the traditional plan and literature review helps in finding out the critical factors which are responsible for the deployment of redesigning of the construction plan. The objective of the construction site should be redefined for developing the continuous improvement plan on the basis of requirement mentioned by the user in the requirement document. The emphasis should be given on the requirement specification document for developing improvement plan of the construction site. The construction manager is responsible for managing the differences between the outcome of the project and the details specified in the requirement document of the user. The critical criteria should be clearly defined in the section of the improvement plan. The renovation of the footpath can be enhanced by preplanning of each step clearly under the specification mentioned in the requirement details.

The structured approach is followed for defining the activities required to develop a continuous improvement plan for developing a footpath in the interior of the Quota sharing park to enhance the beautification of the park. The flow of activities which are required to develop a structured approach for designing the structure of the path are clear definition of the organization requirement for developing a footpath in the interior of the Quota park, continuous improvement plan should be based on the prerequisite mentioned in the specification plan of the park, synchronizing the activities for fulfilling the expectation of the customers and other stakeholders, the construction manager should take the step forward in the developing skills and motivating the employees to achieve the business objectives, arrangement of training and development program for the employees, deployment of the process review methodology, right responsibility should be given in the right hand, better utilization with limited resources, and others. “The friendly environment should be created in the working curriculum of the organization” (Finnemore, 2015). The grievance management is the major role of the construction manager because it raises the satisfaction in the employees and increases their working capability. The priorities should be organized with construction activities. The high priority activities should be taken into consideration first than the subsequent activities. The time and budget chart should also be prepared with activity chart. The effectiveness of the project activities can be increased with the removal flaws by the implication of proactive analysis of the activities. “The customers are looking forward for the footpath which is the interface between many underlying facilities of the park” (Gamble, 2016). “The redesigning and reengineering process should be implemented in changing the activities of the construction plan must follow the structured framework of governance policies for renovating the construction” (Erik, 2015).

Operational activity schedule for improving the construction plan

Dependency of construction activities on tools and technologies: “The use of web based technologies is the proactive plan for expediting the operation of project activities without any hindrance” (Richard, 2013). The efficiency of the project can be increased with the effective consumption of tools, resources, labour, employees, and inventory by using the fundamental tactics of web based technologies. The most common web based technology is the e-purchasing of inventory from the nearest supplier. It helps in saving the cost spent on transportation and inventory store. The supplier will unload the inventory directly at the construction site. The availability of inventory on time will increase the working capability of the employees. The surplus of amount of inventory can be effectively used for designing of the footpath. “The satisfaction level of the supplier can be increased by getting direct payment of raw material through online transaction” (Keelan, 2016).

Literature review of current state of the park: The internal control policies are used for carrying out the review and analysis of the construction site. The structured framework of governance policies helps in analysing the gaps in the construction site and what are the possible measures which should be taken to redesign the path according to the usability of the customers. The accuracy should be maintained in the availability of material according to the requirement of the project activities.

Continuous improvement plan implementation: “The continuous improvement pan depends on the practical study of competitor analysis so as to use better tools and techniques to develop an improvement plan better than their competitors” (Charvat, 2013). The weaknesses of the construction plan can be improved by deploying the regenerated policies. The recommendation posted on the reporting platform is used for developing a future construction plan.

“The working structure of the activity plan can be improved by redesigning of activities using the structured framework of governance policies” (Crompton, 2013). The increasing demand of the park helps in increasing the profit of the construction organization. “The development of the plan depends on the availability of working capital provided by the organization to implement the plan (Drew, 2015). The factors which are responsible for the successful development of the improvement plan are accessibility of the resources, accessibility of the skilled labour staff, objectivity in the project plan and project requirement, objectivity in the division of roles and tasks provided to the working team, maintenance program, and others.
