Briefly summarize the issue in five-ten sentences. Explain the potential consequences of this legal, or ethical issue, what we can learn from it as aspiring PR professionals and what you would do if you were the PR professional in charge.

The first is on potential legal issues that PR professionals should be aware of when working in the PR industry.
The second is “real-world” scenario examples and questions related to these potential legal issues that a PR professional may face.
Think about what you’ve learned about legal implications and the PRSA Code of Ethics and how you might respond to each question. Please note that I am not a legal expert and that while I would encourage you to consult the PRSA Code of Ethics and the law to guide you I would also encourage you to seek professional legal advice from your company’s legal team for issues you may face that could potentially have legal implications.
