In this study, the task is to determine the best location to open a new Happy Buns Restaurant. We evaluate five towns which are; Little Rock, Stuttgart, Daisy, Pine Bluff, and Newport based on six attributes as recommended by the board. The attributes we will be considering are; insurance costs, building sizes, traffic counts, accessibility, parking spaces, and lease and taxes of the building. The objective is to find the most conducive town for business to invest.
