In your Internship Agreement, you set 5 personal learning goals that you would like to achieve by the semester-end of your internship experience. SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. This chart serves to support the development and achievement of your 5 goals with concrete strategies and measurements of success. Week 1-3: Identify and narrow goals. Develop creative, realistic tactics to support your growth. Define your end measure of success. Week 5: Final evaluation of your learning goals. Consider: What new opportunities will you have to explore? Who or what can you learn from?
