It is important for an employee to dress professional which creates a standard for visual
cohesion. How we dress sends a message and employees are the representative of their
workplace which is reflected in the organization’s mission, vision and values. (Troyer, 2016). It
makes it important for recent graduates to dress professionally at all times and the impressions
are naturally based on visuals. Whether if an employee is dressed professionally it will leave a
positive memory for others to remember.
Both articles have the similarities that mentions the importance of being honest. Ha ving
honesty represents the highest level of quality of human character. Integrity and honesty will
always matter in any occupation (Troyer, 2016). Having leadership skills makes this important
and responsibly must start.
