DMAIC Table Assignment Instructions
Overview
Six Sigma uses a model of DMAIC that refers to a data-driven quality strategy for improving processes and is an essential part of a healthcare organizations use of Six Sigma Quality. DMAIC is an acronym for five interconnected phases:

Control
. The use of this tool enables the project team to outline the important steps which increases the project success rate.
Instructions
Within your current healthcare organization choose a current problem (or in literature if you are not currently working in healthcare) and complete the following table (use the template):

Prepare the table using the template in APA format using complete sentences. Include a title page and reference page. Each stage should completely summarize the stage in approximately 150 words for each stage. Please be informative, no definitions as we want to see how you can apply the stages to the identified problem.
