WORK DISC STYLE IS C/DS.
Cautious, Supportive, and Dominant qualities are all present in my personality. My Cautious
characteristics are definitely stronger than my Supportive or Dominant characteristics.
Careful, focused on perfection, results-oriented, and collaborative are some words that describe
me.
I have both extroverted and reserved characteristics, albeit I may lean more toward the reserved
side. I probably like to stick to tried and true methods for getting things done while respecting
the feelings of others. I like to work alone most of the time, but if necessary, I can collaborate
with others.
MY NATURAL OR BASIC STYLE
My “natural” or “internal” condition is usually represented by my Basic Style. It’s a collection of
motivations that influence how I perceive, understand, and interact with the environment. This is
the element of my personality that occurs “in my head.” In most circumstances, only my closest
friends and family will see this side of me. In my style blend, the bar graph tries to reflect the
relative intensity of each drive.
MY ENVIRONMENTAL OR ADAPTED STYLE
My Adapted Style tends to reflect the real behaviors I’ve learned to employ in order to be most
successful in the context in which I was thinking when I took the test. This is the part of me that
is most evident to others since it is the part of me that manifests itself in my actions (my body
language, facial expressions, tone, etc.) As I engage and work with people, the bar graph tries
to illustrate the relative frequency with which I use each behavior style.

sensitive and highly alert to others’ agendas to control them. Yellows typically carry within
themselves the gift of a good heart.
ABOUT YELLOW
Yellows need to look good socially, and friendships command a high priority in their lives. Yellows are
happy, articulate, engaging with others and crave adventure. Easily distracted, they can never sit still
for long. They embrace each day in the “present tense” and choose people who, like themselves,
enjoy a curious nature. Yellows are charismatic, spontaneous, and positive; but can also be
irresponsible, obnoxious, and forgetful. When you deal with a YELLOW, take a positive, upbeat
approach and promote light-hearted, creative, and fun interactions.

with this temperament, however, some alone time is essential. Sanguine can also be
used to describe someone who is sensitive, sympathetic, or thoughtful. Sanguine
personalities have a hard time sticking to things all the way through, are frequently
late, and are prone to forgetfulness and sarcasm. They frequently lose interest in a
new pastime as soon as it stops to be engaging or enjoyable. They are very
people-oriented.
Types of Intelligence
Natural intelligence
Naturalistic intelligence refers to a person’s ability, interest, or relationship with nature, including
plants, animals, and natural works.
Intelligence in Music
The capacity to recognize pitch, rhythm, timbre, and tone is known as musical intelligence.
Musicians, vocalists, and composers are examples of people who can recognize, create,
reproduce, and reflect on music.
Logical Mathematical Intelligence
is a type of intelligence that is based on logic.
The capacity to analyze events or issues logically is known as logical mathematical intelligence.
It covers scenarios where you need to find solutions, perform scientific research, or quickly
solve logical or mathematical processes.
Intelligence in Relationships
The ability to understand and communicate effectively with others is referred to as interpersonal
intelligence. This ability aids in recognizing another person’s mood and acting accordingly, as
well as keeping others engaged.
Skills:
Influence:
Influencing skills are the capacity to persuade others to agree with you on an issue without
using force or compulsion while respecting their viewpoints.
Good soft skills and the ability to communicate effectively, as well as the art of narrative, are
required for effective influence.
Persuasion:
In simple terms, persuasion abilities are the capacity to make deliberate and successful
attempts to influence someone through written or vocal communication. Simply described,
persuasion abilities are the ability to change or influence someone’s or a group’s behaviors,
beliefs, or attitudes toward another concept, person, or event. Reasoning, expressing feelings,
and artfully delivering information are all common elements of persuasion.
You must also know how to handle arguments and reach agreements in order to master the art

Inspiration:
Inspiring someone to accomplish or produce something remarkable is the definition of
inspiration. It necessitates instilling a creative concept or the desire to engage in an uncommon
action in the minds of others. If someone feels a sudden drive as well as a sense of confidence
about doing something they’ve never been able to do before, your motivating skills have worked
on them.
Inspiring abilities are extremely rare and unique. They cause you to have a good impact not only
on organizational performance but also on all of the individuals in your life, including friends,
family, and coworkers.
Motivation:
The acts you take to elicit a desired consequence, response, or behavior are referred to as
motivational skills. These abilities assist you or others in achieving your job objectives. The
motivational skills you employ are determined by a number of things, including your own
personal style, your target audience, and the personality of the person you wish to motivate.
Understanding these factors can help you improve the efficacy of your motivational abilities.
Interaction:
The core of two-way communication is interaction skills. Successful communicators are able to
initiate and respond to interactions. All of the ways humans communicate without using words
are included in interaction skills, such as:
● Hand gestures (waving or shrugging shoulders),
● Imitation of facial emotions (smiles, eyes expanding) (copying),
● Paying attention together (child and adult focusing on an object at the same time),
● Pointing
● Make direct eye contact.
Empathy:
Understanding the emotions of others is an important talent in the business. It has the potential
to help us resolve problems, form more productive teams, and strengthen relationships with
coworkers, clients, and customers.
