1. Problem Statement: Doctor Visit Analysis, data provided on 20 patients for Age, Wait time and Satisfaction. Raw data is found in the Microsoft Excel file titled “STA322 Week 2 Data-Problem 1.” (85 points total)
Analysis of Statement: Discuss/Demonstrate how you will use the data to analyze (see below to see which data set to analyze: age, wait time and satisfaction).
· What is the mean? (9 points-find for all 3 data sets: age, wait time and satisfaction)
· What is the median? (3 points-find for any 1 data set)
· What is the mode? (3 points-find for any 1 data set)
· What is the standard deviation? (9 points-find for all 3 data sets: age, wait time and satisfaction)
· Create a Column Chart for all 3 data sets. (12 points)
· Are there any outliers? If so, what are the outliers? Do you believe they were typos? (3 points)
