2) Respond to 1st article with 150 words
Workers play a big role in making sure that the organization stays in operation always. This sometimes happens when an organization is undergoing some difficult and harsh times. They are the driving force of an organization in such a way that if they work hard, they will be able to improve the performance of the organization and, if otherwise, an organization may collapse. Retention of some workers is important since they know and understand how the work is done and are familiar with the steps and methods that a company uses (Sutton & Callahan, 1987).
Ways of Retaining Workers in an Organization
There are several ways a company can be able to retain its workers, such as ensuring that the new activities and responsibilities that come to benefit the organization by making more profit and investing they are involved. This will make them be able to work and later get paid from what was earned from their struggle. An organization can also decide to open a new department that is trending and vital and then set the excess workers there. Introduction of revenue sharing where the workers’ salary, allowance, and wages are tied up with how the company is currently performing. For instance, if the workers usually earn their salary monthly, it will help them to work tirelessly and increase the performance of the organization so that all workers can get paid a better amount than last time. This will act as a motivation that will help them do better and be psyched up to do more. The ability to do more is usually guaranteed when there is a condition tied up with it (Schwartz, 1998).
In conclusion, workers can be used to make better decisions making on how to solve some problems. When an organization cannot accommodate the workers it has at a particular time, the solutions are usually within the workers and managers but not the board of directors because they understand the business more and in detail (Altman & Hotchkiss, 2010).

Retention is more important for the organization’s success and to work a long time in the organization’s, motivation and positive opinion of the company is also important. To work within the company long time satisfaction is important to employees without satisfactions they are not concentrating on the work. To improve the growth of the company, provide good salaries and benefits to employees (Kossivi & Kalgora, 2016). HR and hiring managers recruit the right kind of candidates and provide the best salaries to them if they do not hire properly skilled employees it is an effect on the company growth and loss the money also. According to the survey mainly employees stayed in the workplace due to salary increments and health care and insurance. Employee retention offers more money and more benefits to organizations. Salary and benefits are important and should be considered the employees to a standstill in the workplace (Kyndt, Dochy, Michielsen, & Moeyaert, 2009). Nowadays most of the organizations to improve their growth and economy reduce employee’s freedom in the workplace and also provide less salary to them then that time employees do not show to work within the company for a long time. When employees feel like more time spent in the company instead of living their satisfaction is decreased so reducing employee pain is more important in the organization. Communicate all employees freely and not show inequality between employees. Allocate their work and explain any doubts then they do work with interest (Banerjee, 2019). Explain the clear direction towards the future then they focus mainly on that side. Support and motivate the employees in the workplace and reduce their stress. If they are not feeling well about the work encourage them. Improve the employee confidence levels in the organization then they do work more effectively. Provide salaries based on their experience and skills otherwise many chances are there to happen conflict in the organization.
