The research paper should include a discussion of the history of the technology, how the technology is used today by surveyors, example projects, and a discussion on the outlook of the future use of the technology.
Outline of research report (15%) – After performing some background research you should develop an outline that will form the structure for your final report. Your outline should contain the main sections and topics of your report with a paragraph description for each item. Your outline should also list a summary of the tables/figures you plan to include in your report, requiring at least 3 figures / tables.
Final Report (65%) – The final report should be approximately 1800-2400 words and be formally written, formatted, and cited.
