Corporate organizations and government institutions have taken this initiative to emphasize patient satisfaction providing efficient and quality care to all. In a nutshell, it has minimized costs through various implementations that have taken place. Healthcare centers, nurses, medical staff, and involved parties have adopted this technology-based aspect as a service delivery tool.
Consequently, this has stimulated wireless healthcare applications and websites that can be accessed using personal computers and mobile phones. It has also been adopted by corporates that offer healthcare to the population. The basic principle that has effectively carried out this type of healthcare is the quality assurance model. There is a need to examine the provisioning role of internet-based healthcare in the modern context. On the same note, policy development should be a priority since it’s a regulation-based model to ensure service delivery to all.
