Mostly issues dealing with the products and services offered b the retailer assistance on how to use, wrong or damaged products, or maybe an inquire about a refund. Most of the retailers are committed to offering better customer services t their customers to create a good relationship. However, e-commerce firm that is unethical may make it very expensive to get aid from the business. They might deliberately ignore texts and calls from their customers who need help. In addition, a company may make false promises to the customers that their raised complaints would be dealt with (“The Ethical Problems In E-Business,” 2020).
Information security. This is one of the most essential issues in the e-commerce business as it entails data protection and information security that are very important in the company or an enterprise that is running the business. E-commerce business calls for information security as they deal with sensitive information from their customers like bank accounts information and credit cards. In addition, e-commerce business offers the option to their customers to open an online account which requires the customers to provide password and username. Therefore such pieces of information need much security for the privacy of the user. Hackers are the most factors the poses for the breaching of the private information in the websites and e-commerce sites to leak into the consumer’s information to cause inconvenience in the consumer accounts such as stealing of money or to create any kind of fraud.
