Assignment: This project involves research on individually assigned case studies as they relate to specific
facility management competencies. Research will include exploring references including the textbook,
newspapers and magazines, library books library, International Facility Management Association (IFMA)
and facilities’ websites, facility management interviews (oral or written), historic publications, etc.
Specific assignments are posted in the class semester schedule.
Purpose: Gather, analyze, and present information about how facility design and management practices
have been employed at building projects.
