Essay outline
An outline is a short plan of the paper. It is usually presented in the form of a bullet point list where each bullet represents a separate paragraph. An outline has to help the customer complete the future paper, so it must have a clear structure and logically connected ideas.

What are the benefits and barriers to integration of veterans into the civilian workforce?
3. Significance: in order to help my reader understand
Veterans are another source of talent that can be utilized to bring in unique skills learned through high pressure situations into the civilian workforce.
4. Practical application: so that readers might better
Understand contributing factors affecting veterans who transition from military to the civilian workforce and those policies and programs that can be applied to benefit booth employer and veteran in the hiring process.
