What’s it all About? (Consideration)
Creating character is determined by your ability to “do the right thing.” Every day we are faced with decisions. Decisions that can either make or break us. Some decisions are minor, and some are major. How we choose to make those decisions typically are rooted in our values. The business world can be extremely difficult to navigate whether you are the boss or you are working under a boss. Some serious factors can be in play when you think about advancing your career.
