The approval of the project plan should be done for the implementation of murals on the wall the town. The social issues exist with the local community members should be resolved at first hand to overcome the problem of disputes and distraction later in the implementation period of the project. The periodic inspection should be done of the painted murals by the head of the local community members and the project manager for assisting the correction required before the final delivery of the project. The project manager should arrange the meeting for briefing out the roles and responsibilities to the team members for completing the project of drawing murals within the period of three months. The performance of the contractor should be researched before signing the project so that the quality of the output received should be maintained. The risks involved with the deployment of the project can be minimised by forecasting and proactive planning of risk identification and management program.
