Loneliness Crisis Is Looming.” Due by midnight on Sunday, June 7
Write a one paragraph (200-300 word) academic summary of Renzetti’s “Life of Solitude: A Loneliness Crisis Is Looming.” Your
summary, like all assignments in this class, must follow MLA format (see handout in Resources).
Your summary should be concise, grammatical, and include the following elements: the title and author, the thesis/main idea,
the structure/method of development, the main types of evidence/detail, and the purpose and tone.
There are several handouts in this week and next week’s forums for more instruction on writing summaries.
