Discussion Instructions
In your capstone, you will explore examples of leading and collaborating in virtual, global, and culturally diverse environments and make recommendations. Leadership drives organizational change by starting with a clear vision to enhance the competitive position of the organization in the global marketplace. Leaders then will examine evidence-based practices to develop a path to success, empowering employees and collaborating with other stakeholders, much as you will do in your capstone paper.
After reading the article linked above, think about innovation at Coca-Cola and other companies that you know, as well as the organization that you are using for your capstone project. Then, post your perspectives about innovation, considering the following questions or focusing solely on your project organization:

· How does innovation apply to the organization in your capstone project?
· How will you support the innovative recommendations made in your capstone with evidenced-based practices and research?

By this point you should have made significant progress on your capstone project, whether individual or team. Provide a brief report on the progress you are making on your capstone project so far. At minimum, address the following:

My last supervisor was one of those people that was unethical she treated her employees differently. She showed favoritisms to the one that she liked and was rude to the others. She did not care what she said to the ones that was not her favorite.
My last supervisor was one of those people that was unethical she treated her employees differently. She showed favoritisms to the one that she liked and was rude to the others. She did not care what she said to the ones that was not her favorite.
You did a good job explaining ethnic all jobs should have a policy on ethnics and compliance policies. They also should make sure they are enforcing these policies. On my previous job each new year we had to sign a new policy stating that we understand the policy. I have seen several people escorted out the door for not following these policies.
