They hold a meeting to discuss a proposed ban on street parking that they hope to establish for the entire duration of the block party weekend. Imagine the discussion that might arise regarding this proposal.

How are the goals and needs of residents different from one another? In your response, please consider how individuals living in different houses may have different needs from one another as well as how the needs of individuals might differ from one another within their respective households.
