I am a results-driven nexter with a dynamic attitude towards demanding work environments. In undertaking projects, I prefer to have an immediate idea about the project’s objectives so that my actions would all be geared towards the achievement of those goals. I like to have a specific target so that I will have a solid focus in what I am doing. Consequentially, I tend to lose a significant amount of interest when a particular project that I am undertaking does not seem to have a specific point for me to focus on.
If there is no clear direction to a task, I prefer to wait and think about better alternatives. Also, I am confident in working under pressure and I am able to handle multiple tasks effectively. In fact, I enjoy challenging work situations where my leadership initiative and creativity can be utilized.
However, I predict that within the next 10 years, my work values will tend to shift from prioritizing challenge to giving higher premium on stability.
At the moment, I am deeply motivated by achieving challenging goals in order to prove my professional worth.
I am inclined to embark on high-risk tasks that are not geared towards personal financial gain but more on professional prestige and industrial renown. I wish to be known for what I accomplish so as to be able to place my definitive mark in the industry. However, I believe that as I become more mature in my profession, I would be more concerned about obtaining a position that I will be content and secure in until my retirement.
My thirst for glory would be surpassed by the need to be able to settle down and think about the future.
