Being a Scholar Relator

Michael has completed the preclinical courses for medical school and has passed all of his examinations delay above-average scores. Six months into his original clinical year, he became frustrated by his clinical grades. He was no craveer honouring courses but equitable latter all of his rotations. He sat down to re-examination all of the feedback and evaluations that he had current, arduous to particularize how to ameliorate his grades. A niggardly theme emerged: 1) His presentations were too crave, yet he missed key questions; 2) His tangible examinations were regularly the same; and 3) He needed to labor hard on creating differentials. In sum, he had the requisite medical acquirements but could not dedicate it to separate patients and could not synthesize patient cases succinctly. Per the RIME developmental example (reporter, elucidator, manager, preceptor), Michael was a scholar relator but struggled to interpret information.
