· Follow the instructions in Graham and Miller (2004) to complete the assessment. Once you have completed the assessment you can start writing the reflection paper.
Content of Reflection Paper 1
The reflection paper should include the following information and answer the questions:
· Explain the results of the assessment. According to your results, what are your cultural preferences? Were you surprised? If yes, how? If no, why?
· In your opinion, what part of your identity and background affected these results?
· What can public administrators learn from this assessment? How can this knowledge help the day-to-day activities of a diverse public sector workplace? Use the readings to support your arguments. Cite at least 2 readings.
· Can this knowledge help solve any of the problems discussed by the readings in module 5? Explain. Cite at least one reading from module 5.
· Write about an instance in your professional (in the public or private sector, or in higher education) life in which your cultural preferences have affected your interaction with a coworker or supervisor.
Format of Reflection Paper 1
· The papers should be 3-4 pages (no shorter than 3, no longer than 4) double-spaced.
· The paper should address all the questions above.
· All citations and references should be in the APA format.
