First of all — DO NOT just write “yep, I agree” — that’s not helpful.
Be very careful with phrases that mean “I feel” — feelings are real, and usually based on something — so, when you start with “I feel” — continue with “because …..” Chances are pretty good that you’ll see the “I feel” part isn’t necessary.
When you say “I agree” — follow it up with a clause beginning with “because” — that will further explain your position.
Don’t shy away from conflict or objections in your responses — that’s what’s interesting.
I’m looking for your original thoughts — that means that I want to see what else you think on the topic. So, extend your ideas a bit — push the envelope, take risks, try out ideas that you don’t believe in. This also means that you can’t just copy and paste stuff.
Also, include references and citations. APA Format.

The business coaching industry has offered private-sector employers who want to develop the talents of their employees several things to improve their businesses. For one, according to Le (2019), technological advancements have increased not only the amount of volume, but also the diversity of types of work that employees have to undertake. With technological advancements, it is now easier to connect with literally the whole world, which naturally diversifies the type of work that is achievable by employees, as well as increasing the volume of work (by way of reaching out to a higher number of clients via an increasing amount of technological means).
According to Le (2019), this industry is expected to grow over the upcoming years, into 2024, as the US economy expands. It is estimated that this industry will increase 1.5% faster than the expected overall US economy growth during the same period. One of this business’ major strengths is technology growth. According to Le (2019), technological growth and an abundance of new products continues to enhance this business industry. Furthermore, with increasing technological advancements such as virtual learning and virtual classes, costs such as travel have been minimized which leads to even more cost savings for businesses.
One of the challenges in this industry is the increased amount of competition. Competition in this industry is Medium, and increasing. According to Le (2019), competition comes from both internal competition and external competition (from other industries such as colleges and universities which offer the same services). To be successful in this industry, a company needs to have good reputation, flexibility, and good marketing.
As an HR Manager in sales, the business coaching industry would be able to provide several services which would enhance the business. One would be management development training implemented via technological means. This would be an advantage as it cuts down costs related to travel and classroom. Quality assurance training would be another type of service that would be beneficial as it would enhance the overall effectiveness of business training and job performance as well.
