This paper will be in two parts.
The topic of this paper is Medication Errors.
The first part will be a written proposal on medication error that describes an assessment of the needs of the client(s) and why you feel this project would be beneficial to improve health outcomes. Include the goal of the project, the target audience, and what you expect the response to be.
This proposal must be at least 2 pages in length, not counting the cover page and reference page, and be appropriately cited in APA format, with at least four peer-reviewed references (within the past 5 years), each references must have an intext citation in the paper.

The 2nd part will be literature search on medication error
Using at least 4 current (within the past 5 years), relevant, peer-reviewed resources, create a literature review that does the following:
Describes the project’s topic, resources reviewed, and conclusions of each article.
Summarizes the principal findings of the research and their relevance to the project’s proposed outcomes.
