Claygate is located at Surrey in England. This is considered to be a suburban village in that region. This place is the only civil parish in the Borough of Elmbridge. It is very important to discuss about the regional demographics for the better understanding of the residents indeed. The name of the region is kept ‘Claygate’ since ot is situated at the beds of London clay. Claygate is one of the oldest suburban villages in the country (Surreyinformationpoint.org.uk 2018). The civil parish in the Elmbridge Borough Council is located here. The history says that a semaphore station was built in this region during 1822. The region has flourished for a long time. The mention of this region is found from the old Tudor times. The total population of the area is 7168. The borders of the area are the Borough of Elbridge, Esher, Hinchley Wood, Long Ditton and London Borough of Kingston. The trains ran through this region between London and Portsmouth. The Holy Trinity Church was established in the year 1840. However, the main source of employment was the art of brick making and agriculture.

The ward is very much safe in the hands of the efficient policemen in the ward. They provide the best services to the people. There is a good number of private sector employees in the Claygate ward under the Elmbridge Borough Council as well. There are many shops in the Claygate ward, Esher and Surrey as well. These shops are generally the jewellery shops, retail stores, bear pubs, some branded stores, restaurants,
The Elbridge borough council has established many community centers, libraries and other centers in the ward that will benefit from the end of the community people as well. The newsagents can deliver the newspapers to the people regularly. The local, national and international news is delivered and the people can approach the authority to develop the scenario. As per the CDNOS standards, the engagement of the staffs with the community development should be communicated through the news sources like Esher Everywhere.
The interviews had been conducted on the people of the region. The primary research method had been used in this section. Some open-ended questions were asked to the interviewees.
The interviews were done on the three persons Mr. S, Mr. D and Mr. R. The real identities could not be revealed because of the confidentiality reasons. The interviews were taken and they were promised that their identities would be kept anonymous. Mr. S is a retired house physician. Mr. D is a working professional and Mr. R is a community worker by profession.

Housing
Housing has been one of the most serious issues in this context. Mr. S had said that more people are shifting to this region and they need they want the facilities of the different social housing estates. The business relocation is happening very regularly into this region of Claygate in Esher and Surrey. The financial issues are troubling the newcomers into this region particularly. He is of the opinion that this place of Claygate has gone through immense developmental changes in the last few years.
Action
One way to resolve this issue is to gain the resources and make the funding in the region easily accessible. All the sectors should be working together to come to a common conclusion regarding this issue. The private sectors should build more houses at cheaper rates from the help of the government. The community members would be benefitted by this.
Safety
Mr. D has aid in the interview that this region is very much safe in terms of anti-social activities.
Action
The action that can be taken in this context is the fact that the communities in the region should aim to build some effective relationships with the public agencies and the police as well. The community of Claygate and the police of this region will play a very vital role in this matter. The good relationship between the police and the community will be very much important for the safety of the
Mr. R has said that the activities for the young people and the older people in the community. Some of the community centers in Claygate will have to share these things with the other community centers.
Action
Many community activities and events will have to be undertaken. The equality will have to be maintained in this section and the discrimination between the people should be avoided indeed. It is the duty of the government to provide the best arrangements for these things to be executed smoothly. The voluntary sector should provide the best opportunities in this matter as well.
The various councils in England are suffering from the financial problems. This will be a big obstacle before them to execute all the processes very smoothly. The different problems should be identified and monitored to find out the best solutions to these problems. The ward community should develop different activities that should cater to the improvement of the ward community. Some important things like the empowerment, co-operation, social justice, equality and the similar matters should be given the primary priority in this context as well. This community profile provides ample suggestions for the different stakeholders to invest in the development of the Claygate ward. The sustainability for the ward should be ensured by any means. The public, private and voluntary sectors should always work together in this aspect. The main purpose of implementing these changes is to develop the coeity and bringing in the social change for the betterment. The recruited staffs should be engaged with the improvement of the communities from different aspects. The engagement can be done by arranging of m,edical check up and blood donation camps, opening up new schools, The organization NOS should cater to community development by interacting with the communities and asking for their feedbacks.
