Considering the AS IS procedure TO BE can be represented as much complex than that despite of having much more application for the Coles as the scope for the system become much wider than the system presented earlier. The AS IS process of the system presented earlier was helpful in representing the flow of the information from the point of marketing in manner to manage the data flow between the organization and the user making exchange of the product and money. Additional information system will be required for the secure payment service and product delivery as described in the TO BE process of the system. Database implementation will be helpful in ensuring the database management across each workstation where there is setup established for the operational activities of the Coles.

White Box Testing: The internal system’s function is already known including the implementation method thus, white box testing will be suitable for this system in manner to evaluate the whole system. The identified knowledge will be helpful in identifying the data flow, information flow, control flow, error handling and exception including the practices of the system.
Following techniques will be involved in the White box testing for this system:
Statement Testing: This section will be evaluating all the statements those are already present in the codes those have been associated with the each system inbuilt in the software during testing life cycle.
Decision Testing: The decision directions should be executed at least once during the execution of the overall testing procedures.
Branch Condition Testing: It will be an important step helpful in executing all the testing codes throughout the whole testing lifestyle. Considering each specific decision, the conditions must be evaluated in an proper and effective way at least once.
Coles’ 100-year history of innovation and charity
Condition/Decision Testing: This section will be evaluating all the combination of the conditions those are possible within the specific decision for the decisions which have been executed for the evaluation.
Data Flow Testing: This testing will be ensuring the data and the variables those have been used in the system and had been tested through executing the particular variables by the calculation those have been possible.
Multiple condition Testing: The entry executions at each point of the entry will be tested and it will be helpful in ensuring that each entry point in the code will be evaluated during the whole life cycle of the testing of the system.
Black box Testing: This testing will be helpful in identifying the processes inbuilt within the software. Test cases will be written in manner to determine the specifications and requirements of the system through exploring the functionality and UI in manner to understand the processes involved in the software for the delivery of the work. The test cases will be evaluating the expected outputs of the corresponding valid inputs. Executing some of the negative test cases for the expected outcomes of the invalid inpiuts as applicable within the proposed system.
This will only be executed if above mentioned steps will be completed as the milestone as the testing process will eliminate all the possible errors and glitches from the system. The new system always needs proper training on how to use the system in an effective and efficient manner and execute all the expected output from the system. the training will be made available at different steps in manner to ensure that each employee would be able to execute every available option in the system and thus he or she would be able to use the system without any hindrance. Following is the list of the group within the Coles who will need training on this system in manner to use all the perspectives of the system.
Market Analyst: this group will be ensuring the target area for the Coles and manage the advertisement of the products and services provided by it through online services. They will be recognizing the platform and the contractors who will manage the advertisement and promotion of the Coles.
Shopkeepers or sellers: training will be needed for making sure that the sellers understand the bookings and provide the product asked by the users. The portal of the seller will be booking the products and pushing notification to deliver the particular product.
Current challenges faced by Coles
Users of the system: A training program will be automated whenever a new user opens the web page or application in manner to provide them assistance regarding the options and selections for the better preferences.
The whole system will be transformed due to the transformations from the “AS IS” to “TO BE” as the system will be more spread as the system will be implemented through the application of the database server. The diagrams mentioned in the above report has been a clear representation of the new system that will be capable of delivering all the objectives related to the business (including the purchasing and selling of products) in an easy way. This system will be needing following requirements for the successful execution of the system and achieving the objectives related to the deliverable of the system:
A common department consisting new and educated persons that will be concerning the new workstations for the respective department and people from different backgrounds and department in manner to accomplish all the related jobs.
A database server for the management of data and information related to the activities accomplished by the sellers and the buyers.
The system will be requiring new staffs from the IT background in manner to manage the activities and operations within the system.
The requirements stated in the above report are the need for the development of the system as mentioned in the “TO BE” designated system for the accomplishment of the operational activities for the generated system. the very first step for the implementation of the system will be making availability of the secured network connection for the proper flow of the digital signals.
The workstation should consist of needed database and secured connection in manner to create and save the files in an easy manner and provide easy access to the common database server in manner to provide support to the new system. thi system will be needing new representatives for the delivery of the objectives, new information system setup, better network connection in manner to accomplish the objective through eliminating the drawback factors of the network traffic. New employees or staffs will be needed for speeding the process and providing better customer services through proper interaction.
A workstation domain will be needed to be established within the company in manner to provide connectivity between the database servers at each workstation for the smooth flow of the operational activity. Templates and webinars will be filled automatically through the application of the database system and data will be filled in an easy manner.
Proposed solution to reduce daily food wastage
TASK 9: Report to Top Management
The main objective is to evaluate the functioning of the presented new system for the Coles in manner to make sure that the objectives of the system comply with the objectives set for the Coles. To establish a database management system for the Coles in manner to organize the data or information related to the transaction, product delivery, product order and other processes related to the online shopping. This system will be effectively providing a better and easy way for the accomplishment of the aims and objectives of the organization.
This system will be helpful in establishing an effective process for the Coles through implementing the database management system. The data and information related to the operational activities within the Coles will be managed in an efficient and effective way in manner to enhance and provide the traditional way of the product delivery. The presented system will be effectively storing and exchanging the information collected within each workstation established for the smooth functioning of the Coles. The presented system can be represented as the better approach for the operational activities and product delivery for the Coles’ customers.
This report presents a new TO BE process for the proposed system in manner to ensure the smooth and easy functioning and exchange of data or information related to the operational activities of the Coles. The new approach of the TO BE process of the system can be a better approach for the Coles as the system proposing the implementation of the database system for the management of data or information related to the activities mentioned in the diagram.
Testing has been accomplished in manner to make sure that the presented system will work efficiently and all the objectives will be accomplished in an efficient and effective manner. This testing will be helpful in determining and eliminating the bugs and glitches those might affect the proper functioning of the system. TO BE system has been presented in the report that can be a better approach to the system than the AS IS process approach recommended earlier as it will be widening the scope of the system.
The scope of the proposed system is to make the connection between the different workstations and places through the implementation of the database management system in manner to make sure that the data or information exchange could be accomplished in an effective and efficient manner. Proper network will be needed for the enhancement of the performance of the system. this system tends to deliver al the objectives related to the customer awareness, customer product delivery, and delivery of the other aspects related to the activities within the online shopping and delivery of the product.
I can be recommended to the Coles to follow the TO BE process for the effective system that can be helpful in managing all the operational activities related to the operational activities of the Coles. Proper training will be helpful in increasing the awareness among the sellers and the users about the processes and options presented in the web page or the application. Testing is an another concerning topic related to the elimination of the bugs and glitches in manner to make sure that the presented system will be delivering all the aims and objectives related to the organization. Implementation of the database management system will be the option for the management of data or information related to the online shopping and providing online services for the organizatio
