2. A 250 word profile explaining the global issue and what is currently being done about it. GIVE SPECIFIC DETAILS ABOUT WHY IT IS AN IMPORTNANT ISSUE AND WHAT IS HAPPENING!!
3. In your profile you must also mention an organization and a model citizen who are relevant (allies) to your global campaign. You must explain why they would make a good ally/ why they would support your cause by discussing their background/story. GIVE SPECIFIC DETAILS ABOUT THEIR LIFE!!!
RUBRIC:
– The student has provided 4 resources about an issue that involves citizenship
· The student has provided a statement outlining the issue and what you hope to accomplish with your action plan. Specific details need to be provided!!
· The student has connected their issue to an organization and model citizen who would support their plan. They have also explained why that organization or citizen would support their initiative.
· The student uses proper grammar and spelling and has smooth transitions between sentences.
· The student uses correct MLA formatting for works cited (plus 1.25 marks per citation).
