The vicious competition between different companies in the field of mobile data has reached the hottest level of the year. Some zones such T-Mobile and Sprints have been lowering their prices from time to time in order to attract their customers. Not only lowering their prices, but also eradicating the contracts which many companies have been applying before purchasing mobile phones. For our discussion, T-mobile is the company I have chosen. The main reason for this is because I have a business plan to deliver to the CEO to encourage his employees to work hard and gain market shares. I did a research concerning many businesses and this is the reason why I came up with the idea for outlining a business plan.

First and for most, the manager has to set up different sites for selling their mobiles rather than in the congested markets places. The main reason for this is because many companies have changed the prices of their mobile phones carelessly. By coming up with different sites for selling their mobile phones and retaining the offers for a year will make the T-mobile industry in USA to gain market shares. The main reason for this is because some industries have been giving their offers within a stipulated period of time. Continuous offers will impact positively to their business because many people will turn up shopping in their market places.

Some of the offers which the company need to do include 2GB to 4GB data per month, and 30GB for big Smart phones per year. In order to enjoy market shares, the company should remain as the top free offer for more than five months after other companies terminate their. Through this, many people will turn up purchasing more from their company rather than shopping in other companies with limited offers. The offers would act an advertisement for their mobiles. Therefore, many people may end up promoting the company through increasing their sales.

After T-mobile Company was updated on 25th august 2014, it became more generous and stated offering a bare- bones package with unlimited talk and text. Recently, they are offering 2GB of data for $45 per month. This offer is very different from other companies and this is the reason why I would encourage the CEO to keep the moods on heat. The behavior will change their performance and impact positively to their company hence enjoying market shares. Therefore, for T-mobiles to continue enjoying or sharing market gains, it has to keep operating under the plans I have listed and keep on with the spirit of increasing the offers for their products. The main reason for this is because of the stiff competition in market places. The market plan would impact positively to the T-mobile in different ways hence improving its performance. Therefore, its upon the CEO to implement the plans to ensure the company is running properly and enjoying market shares.
