Patient HB is a non-sensitised, 45 year old male, who was diagnosed with kidney
failure caused by IgA nephropathy. 30 months ago, he received a renal transplant
from his wife, DB.
Initially the kidney functioned well, however over the last 6 months function has been
deteriorating and there are signs of rejection.
