Create, a 10-minute video presentation which describes the importance of diversity among the rank-and-file within a criminal justice organization.  In your presentation, please be sure to draw upon the readings for this week, your personal experience in working within a diverse workforce. Finally, make 2-3 recommendations of best practice which other criminal justice organizations who may be struggling with the issue of diversity can include in their recruitment and retention efforts. -10 points
