TOPIC
You have three choices.
1) Write on any topic of interest in the course outline.
2) Choose a leader you respect or dislike from any sector (corporate, political, non-profit, arts,
etc). Explain their success in detail, drawing on leadership theories. These topics are things like
conflict management styles, leadership traits, how team-building is facilitated by follower
influencing characteristics and high-quality leader-member exchange, different leadership styles
such as charismatic, transformational, servant, or transactional. Leadership theories, etc..
3) Choose a company, organization, industry that requires stronger leadership. Build a strong case
for change, using your knowledge of leadership theories.
