For this assignment, you will conduct an Internet search to identify the “Best Places to Work.” Create a chart by inserting a table on Microsoft Word where you will list the five best places to work on one column and another five worst place to work. Then, select your favorite company from the list and write a report about its work environment that contributed to its success by focusing on the human resource management practices followed by your selected company. An interesting website to help you research your favorite company with live reviews by actual employees about their human resource policies can be found by searching online Glassdoor – Best Places to Work.
On that website, you will find a list of top companies. Choose your company, and then press the button “see reviews.” You will directly be transferred to a website containing reviews from actual employees. See the items circled in red below for further guidance.
