I think your resume and cover letter look very professional – you’ve used a mostly consistent layout, font, margins, etc. and you have some impressive experience working for a large financial institution – but you have not customized your cover letter or resume to the position you chose or the program you’re in. For example, outside of referring to the job title, there’s no mention of payroll, sick leave or any of the major keywords/phrases from the job posting. You also don’t refer to any HR-specific knowledge or interest and a good portion of your cover letter is from a searchable template online.
Please choose a new job posting for a co-op/internship position, consider why you are interested in it, how you are qualified in and then write a resume and cover letter that are customized/tailored to that position. You will need to score above a 70% to pass this assignment and course
